The 4800 Fidelity re-development has leased more quickly than expected. Out of 140,000 SF of existing buildings we leased 88,000 SF and are adding two more buildings for another 9,000 SF of office and warehouse leased.
That leaves us with a single 54,000 SF freestanding warehouse building to lease. This is a clear span building on approx. 2 acres or so with up to 6 additional acres available. This building can accommodate up to 20 ton cranes and 30- hook heights.
