The staff at Centermark Commercial Real Estate, our Houston Affiliate, put together a survey of large land tracts in the Houston Metro Area recently. The client criteria included that the tract be outside the 500 year flood plain, greater than 30 acres, and availability of utilities. At the time - Mid-October 0f 2020 - there were 8 properties that met the criteria and were presented to the client. The following table summarizes the properties:
