This freestanding facility was built in 1968 of masonry construction with a total 52,068 SF building size situated in 3.72 Acre land on site zoned IH with 61 parking spaces and additional trailer parking. The facility served heavy 3-Phase Power (2,000-4,000 amps)and was fully sprinklered. The building includes 5,000+ SF of Office, 4,000+ SF of the showroom (w/ commercial test kitchen), and 43,068+ SF of a warehouse. A loading dock high platform supports nine tractor trailers w/ seven levelers and I ramp for grade-level loading. The property maintains newer paving in the parking and loading areas and the tenant recently updated the warehouse floors, painted the interior warehouse, added fans, replaced the warehouse lights with new LED lighting, and instituted various showroom improvements.
