Eric is the founder of Centermark CRE and specializes in the leasing,
sales and development of Industrial, Office and Land with over 27 years
of experience in commercial real estate brokerage services. Eric has
been involved in hundreds of commercial lease and sale transactions over
the past two decades with aggregate transaction value in excess of $250
million. Having been responsible for over $20,000,000 in Industrial and
Office development, Eric is well-versed in the financial structure of
commercial development, financing, leasing and sales. Eric is a graduate
of the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in finance and a
major in real estate. Eric is also the founder of Warehouse Finder.
