    Centermark Commercial Real Estate handled the sale of a 75,000 SF industrial facility located at 8220 Mosley.  The tiltwall office warehouse building was being offered for sale or lease.  Located on 4.82 acres of land, the building had dock and grade level loading with extra land for expansion or outside storage.  The buyer was the Houston Furniture Bank.  Centermark represented the Seller.

    Location: NW Houston. 

    Comments: QDI required adequate yard area for display of their product.  We toured several properties after going thru 20 possibilities on the list.


    Type: Lease – Office 

    Tenant: Geokinetics, Inc.

    Size: 60,000 SF 

    Location: Westchase in Houston 

    Comments: As their global corporate headquarters, Geo had many specific requirements, most of which revolved around location and amenities for its employees.  Image was also important.


    Type: Lease – Office warehouse 

    Tenant: Sultzer Chemical 

    Size: 36,000 SF 

    Location: East Houston, near the ship channel 

    Comments: Sultzer required drive in truck access with close proximity to the Port of Houston.


    Type: Lease – Office 

    Tenant: Hexion Chemical 

    Size: 17,600 SF 

    Location: Far West Houston 

    Comments: Hexion needed to combine its Lab and office operations already in in existence in the area.  We recommended they look at combining two freestanding office buildings thereby creating one building with the image, location and price they desired.  This was the only option of its sort in the area.


    Type: Sale – Office 

    Buyer: Plastic Surgeon practice 

    Size: 3,600 SF 

    Location: Kingwood, Texas 

    Comments: New construction across from HCA Hospital 


    Type: Sale – Office/warehouse 

    Buyer: Sheetmetal fabricator 

    Size: 160,000 SF 

    Location: East Houston 

    Comments: Headquarters for large regional manufacturer
