Still, they also reduce loading and unloading times since by leveling the height of the trailer with the elevation of the property, no major handling maneuvers are required, nor are positioning lifts or ramps. When buying or renting a property in Jacksonville, it is vital to be aware of the type of docks on the property, always preferring those with Dock-High Loading Docks.
This is actually a pretty loaded question (pun intended if you like). At a very basic level, Dock-High docks are used to simplify getting "stuff" into and out of a building - generally from or to a truck trailer ... or train car.
