This 224,000 SF industrial facility on an 8.59 acres site was erected in 1967 and refurbished in 1985 with steel construction under M-4 zoning with a 35 feet clear height. It contained oversized drive-in doors and 90' wide fully craned bays that has 32' clear height with 27' Under Hook and 80 regular parking spaces.
