Sunbelt Marketing has leased 55,100 SF of office warehouse space from McCorvey Real Estate Holdings in Houston, Texas. Sunbelt plans to use the facility for storage and sales of pipe and HVAC related materials. Eric Hughes with Centermark Commercial Real Estate represented the Landlord and Michael Palmer, now with CBRE Houston, represented the Tenant.

The business park where Sunbelt leased has additional land available for up to 100,000 SF of build to suit warehouse.
