    Our property pick of the week in the “warehouse for lease” category is a property offered for lease by Jim Autenreith at Moody Rambin at 8039 FM 1960 Bypass Rd. W. Humble, TX  77338. Moody Rambin represents the property owner.  We came across the property when conducting a search for one of our clients who is actively in the market for functional, inexpensive dock high space.  Unfortunately, this location was a bit too far North for our client.  However, we feel it is worthy of the property pick of the week due to the large truck court, outside storage, fire sprinklers, 20’ clear height and below market rental rate of $.35 PSF NNN per month.
